Registration Fees

Early Bird: Before October 7, 2025 - $425.00 Members / $550.00 Non-Members
After October 7, 2025 - $525.00 Members / $650 Non-Members

To add lunch: $20.00 per day

To add bus ride to the airport at the conclusion of the meeting (O'Hare or Midway): $20.00

The hotel will assign you the same room for your entire stay.

Discounted Bus Transportation from Hotel to Airport

SAAAPM is offering bus transportation to both O’Hare and Midway airports, immediately following the meeting.

Please RSVP yourself and any family/friends with your registration. The cost is only $20 per ticket.

The meeting ends at 2:30pm and buses would leave from the hotel by 2:45pm. This will allow for every member to catch a flight home on Saturday. PLEASE make your travel plans such that you do not leave from Chicago (O’Hare or Midway) before 6:00pm to allow ample travel time to the airport and to go through airport security.

The SAAAPM meeting is short, but the content is always outstanding.

Medical Student Clerkship Directors Track

We are thrilled to launch the first-ever Medical Student Clerkship Directors Track at the 2025 SAAAPM Annual Meeting. This inaugural session will feature dynamic panels and an interactive workshop designed to support and inspire educators who oversee anesthesiology rotations. It’s more than a one-time event. It’s the beginning of a national effort to build a robust, sustainable community of medical student educators within anesthesiology.

Join the Society for Education in Anesthesia (SEA) a day prior - on Thursday, November 6 for their Fall Meeting.

New for 2025! The SEA will be hosting a New Program Director Workshop at the SEA 2025 Fall Meeting. This workshop spanning two 90-minute sessions will provide new program directors, associate program directors, and those starting new programs with advice from veteran program directors. Topics will include recruitment strategies, onboarding, general program administration, resident professional development, program brand development and common problems encountered by program directors. You do not have to reinvent the wheel! Learn from peers and experts in this interactive session that will help you start this new part of your career on the best possible footing and help prepare you for success.
