O'Hare Bus Ticket – 2026 Annual Meeting

SAAAPM is offering bus transportation to O’Hare airport, immediately following the meeting.

Please RSVP yourself and any family/friends with your registration. The cost is only $20 per ticket.

The meeting ends at 2:30pm and buses would leave from the hotel by 2:45pm. This will allow for every member to catch a flight home on Saturday. PLEASE make your travel plans such that you do not leave from Chicago before 6:00pm to allow ample travel time to the airport and to go through airport security.

By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge all buses depart from the Swissotel on Saturday, November 8 at 2:45pm (conclusion of meeting). This is the only time offered. Due to limited availability there are no refunds for cancellations of bus tickets
