Mentoring Program Goals & Mentor Requirements
The AACPD is committed to fostering a community of collaboration, mentorship, and support for its members. The AACPD council has developed a mentorship program to assist newly appointed anesthesiology program directors and associate program directors.
Program Goals

To support Program Directors and Associate Program Directors as they transition into their new role.

To foster professional connections and collaboration among Program Directors and Associate Program Directors across the nation.
Mentor Requirements
To serve as a mentor, you must:

Have been in your position for at least 2 years.

Commit to a mentee for 12 months upon being paired.
-
Dedicate 7-12 hours over the course of 12 months.
